Refund Policy
1. Overview
At A One Group FZE, we strive to provide high-quality printing services and complete customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The final printed product has defects or errors caused by A One Group FZE
- The delivered product does not match the approved specifications
All refund requests must be submitted within 3–5 business days of receiving the order.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Errors in customer-provided files (e.g., spelling, design mistakes, low resolution)
- Customer-approved proofs that were printed as approved
- Change of mind after production has started
- Minor color variations (as colors may differ slightly between screens and print)
4. Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before production begins
- Once printing has started, cancellations are not allowed
5. Reprints
In case of verified errors on our part, A One Group FZE may offer a free reprint instead of a refund, depending on the situation.
6. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed
7. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by A One Group FZE
- Customers may be required to return defective products (if applicable)
