  • Prices are subject to change based on project requirements.
  • Full or partial payment may be required in advance.
  • Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and print-ready files.
  • A One Group FZE is not liable for errors (e.g., spelling, design issues) in customer-approved files.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve proofs before printing.

5. Turnaround Time & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party logistics providers.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where errors are caused by A One Group FZE.
  • No refunds will be issued for approved designs or completed work.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Customers must ensure they have the legal right to use all content submitted for printing.
  • A One Group FZE is not responsible for any copyright or trademark violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
